balanced and healthy state of being. We offer Abhyanga, Marma, and Shirodhara,

Abhyanga Massage
An Ayurvedic whole-body massage with oil to balance the mind as well as body. Abhyanga
increases circulation, aligns the doshas with the use of specific oils, and eliminates toxins.
A therapeutic and deeply relaxing experience, Abhyanga increases vitality, strength,
flexibility, and mental/emotional well being

Marma Massage
An old technique of healing in which simple touch or light massage on the vital points of
the body, the Marma points, are used to balance the life force (prana). There are 107
main energy points on the surface of the body. Each relates to a different organ or tissue.
By gently pressing or massaging these sites prana is stimulated, clearing stress and
blocks in the body. The unique aspect of this amazing therapy is that it transcends the
physical and mental levels rectifying defective energy channels in a subtle way.

Marma supports the healing process of many diseases including those of the heart, gall
bladder, and pancreas. It can also be used to just get a peaceful mind.

Ayurvedic Treatments
Panchakarma Therapies
Panchakarma is the health anchor of Ayurveda. Pancha means five and Karma means
action; thus there are five purification therapies designed to assist the body in the internal
cleansing process through the elimination of toxins, wastes, and other excesses in order
to bring the supportive forces of life, the Tri doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), into balance.

Panchakarma Therapies are most effective in combination with Art of Living breathing
programmes. A session will start with a private, caring consultation, which provides the
base for the treatments that follow.

This consists of an Ayurvedic oil massage, using specific movements, so that the nervous
system can relax and be soothed. This massage reduces Vata, rejuvenates the skin,
tones the muscles, eliminates impurities and promotes youthfulness. Abhyanga is a part
of the Panchakarma treatments.
Shirodhara Massage
Shirodhara treatments feature the steady streaming of warm, fragrant oil
onto your forehead (or "third eye"), followed by scalp massage, and -
depending on the treatment - by other body massage as well. Shirodhara
aims to relax the nerves and balance Vata, the dosha that exerts control
over the brain.
Shirodhara is a very relaxing treatment that leaves you feeling both calm and clear headed.
It aims to harness the flow of energy around your body.
